Equality Policy of www.turbomandala.org

Declaration on Equality and Diversity

Turbomandala is committed to promoting equality and diversity as as the founding principless of a global cooperative culture, capable of appreciating differences and recognizing the value, experiences and origins of each individual's personal identity..

For us,
“Equality” means eliminating all forms of discrimination and recognising every individual's right to equal opportunities.
“Diversity” means valuing the differences between people and considering the contribution of each person as fundamental to create a collaborative environment in which each individual can feel respected in his or her identity.

Equality and diversity are interdependent and not interchangeable values: equal opportunities can only exist if diversity is valued.
